Due to the personal nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
All perfume sales are final, and exchanges are not permitted.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If the product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- If the product is damaged during shipping.
In such cases:
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect product must be provided.
- Upon verification, we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds or replacements will not be processed for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.
